Meet the coach…

I am an ICF approved, certified ADHD Life Coach & accredited PAL member of AYANAY Psychological Accreditation.

Having spent the first two decades of my life misdiagnosed with the wrong conditions because:

> I was "too smart to have ADHD"
> 'girls don't have ADHD'
> my symptoms were passed off as character flaws
> neurodivergency was normalised in my family and therefore never picked up on

I subsequently hit my early 20's suffering severe performance anxiety, chronic perfectionism, burnout & permanent emotional dysregulation. I hated myself for 'failing' to reach my childhood potential after being labelled 'gifted and talented' for so many years because I had been indirectly told it's 'my fault' for experiencing these challenges.

The above sounds miserable, but sadly not a unique story.

Frustrated, ashamed, embarrassed & anxious about where my next steps would take me, I scraped my way through a degree and found myself working in a gym. There, I completed all available qualifications and loved every minute of helping clients achieve their health & fitness goals but something still felt missing.

Fast forward a couple years and I find myself working this job alongside PA work for a psychiatrist specialising in ADHD. From then, my life changed forever. We figured out pretty quick I hit every marker for ADHD (and more that should be in the DSM but aren't yet...). I spent 4 years observing pros & cons of meds, deciding then that I needed to channel my lived experience into something valuable & helpful.

...Pause for dramatic effect...

I went on to retrain as a certified ADHD Life Coach! Now working independently to offer clients the most aligned & honest version of myself.

I combine over 5 years of professional skills together with my lived experience of being neurodivergent to offer clients the most authentic, confidential space in which they can learn how to harness the unique brilliance of their neurodivergent brain power.

My coaching approach is rooted in validating experiences, reframing limiting beliefs and practising self-compassion. Clients working with me will learn a better understanding of the way their brain works, develop lifestyles based around maximising their strengths, in addition to accessing advocacy support and so much more.

I'm available for 1-2-1 coaching, workplace training, advocacy support & awareness talks.

Whatever your background, wherever you are based, please reach out- I'd love to hear your story!

I’m on a mission to change how the world views neurodivergency.

I believe coaching and education will help to establish and maintain new strategies, tools and structures for the successful management of a unique and brilliant brain.

What is ADHD coaching?

Coaching is your confidential platform to conquer challenges and redefine limiting beliefs holding you back.

Coaching is forward trajectory based, mostly rooted in the present moment and helps you work out how to design the right strategies to overcome those pesky puzzles of life.

Coaching puts you at the centre of everything; your unique challenges require unique solutions! Consider this to be your brave space for defining those challenges and creating the pathways that work for you.

Doom piles of disorganisation got you down?
> Learn how to redirect energy from ‘procrastinate’ to ‘proactive’.

Feeling bitter over battling with brain fog?
> Reframe the confusion and chaos into clarity and confidence.

Exhausted with a constant uphill battle of ambiguous social expectations?
> Stop fighting your brain and find the ways to embrace it!

My favourite thing about coaching is…

…that it offers you a brave space without bias or judgement to validate your experiences, reframe perspectives that aren’t serving you anymore and help you build the confidence to advocate for yourself!
